By accessing joseguanzonph.com or purchasing the "Zero Views to Viral Content" course, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our course.

We offer the "Zero Views to Viral Content" online course, which includes video lessons, downloadable resources, and access to bonus materials. Course details, pricing, and inclusions are described on our website.

4. Enrollment and Access

  • Enrollment is granted upon successful payment
  • You will receive access to the course through the Kajabi learning platform
  • Access is granted to a single user account only
  • Lifetime access is provided to enrolled students, subject to these Terms

5. Payment

  • Prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱)
  • Payments are processed by Xendit
  • All sales are subject to our Refund Policy (see separate page)

6. User Conduct — What You Cannot Do

By enrolling, you agree that you will NOT:

  • Share your account login with any other person
  • Redistribute, resell, or republish course content in any form
  • Record, screenshot, or copy course materials for redistribution
  • Use course content to create competing courses or products
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise misuse the course platform

7. Violation of Terms

If we detect a violation of these Terms:

  • First offense: You will receive a written warning via email
  • Second offense or serious violation: Your access will be revoked without refund

8. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, worksheets, and proprietary frameworks (including but not limited to the "Hook → Retention → Payoff Formula" and "Why → Goal → Enemy Formula") — is the intellectual property of Jose Miguel Oco Guanzon. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use them for your own learning only.

9. Results Disclaimer

The course teaches strategies and frameworks. We do not guarantee specific results, views, followers, or income. Individual results depend on your effort, niche, consistency, and application of the strategies. See our Earnings Disclaimer for details.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:

  • We provide the course "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course

11. Changes to the Course

We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve the course content. Updates will be made available to existing students at no additional cost.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of Terms. You may also request account termination by contacting us.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quezon City, Philippines.
