1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing joseguanzonph.com or purchasing the "Zero Views to Viral Content" course (the "Course"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase the Course. Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, which are incorporated here by reference.

 

2. Definitions

  • "We," "us," "our" refer to JMGuanzon Training Services.
  • "You," "your," "student" refer to the person accessing the site or enrolling in the Course.
  • "Content" means all course videos, lessons, worksheets, templates, bonuses, frameworks, and other materials we provide.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Course with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to enroll. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

 

5. The Course

We offer the "Zero Views to Viral Content" online course, which includes video lessons, downloadable resources, and bonus materials. Course details, pricing, and inclusions are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

 

6. Enrollment and Access

  • Access is granted upon successful payment.
  • You will access the Course through the Kajabi learning platform.
  • Access is granted to a single user account only and is personal to you.
  • Lifetime access means access for as long as we continue to operate the Course on our platform. It does not mean perpetual access regardless of circumstances outside our control.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

 

7. Payment

  • Prices are stated in Philippine Pesos (₱).
  • The Course is sold as a one-time payment unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by PayRex. By purchasing, you also agree to PayRex's applicable terms.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you personally.
  • All sales are subject to our Refund Policy, available on a separate page.
  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of following our Refund Policy may result in immediate suspension of access pending resolution.

 

8. Acceptable Use: What You May Not Do

By enrolling, you agree that you will not:

  • Share your account login with any other person
  • Redistribute, resell, republish, or publicly post the Content in any form
  • Record, screenshot, download (except where a download is expressly provided), or copy the Content for redistribution
  • Use the Content to create competing courses, products, or services
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise misuse the Course platform
  • Use the site or Course for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose

 

9. Intellectual Property

All Content, including videos, worksheets, and our proprietary frameworks and methods (including but not limited to the ZVTV Framework, which uses the Hook, Momentum, Reward structure, along with the I.D.E.A. Method and the 5 Viral Factors), is owned by Jose Miguel Oco Guanzon and JMGuanzon Training Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. On enrollment, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your own learning only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

 

10. Violation of Terms

If we detect a violation of these Terms:

  • First offense: you may receive a written warning by email.
  • Serious or repeated violation: your access may be revoked without refund.

Serious violations (such as piracy, redistribution, or resale of the Content) may result in immediate termination without warning and may expose you to legal action.

 

11. Results Disclaimer

The Course teaches strategies and frameworks. We do not guarantee any specific results, views, followers, or income. Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, creativity, and how you apply what you learn. Please see our Disclaimer for full details.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:

  • The Course and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Course.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Course.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law that cannot legally be waived.

 

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JMGuanzon Training Services and its owner from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

 

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and Course rely on third-party services (such as Kajabi, PayRex, and Meta) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

 

15. Changes to the Course

We may update, modify, or improve the Course. Improvements are generally made available to existing students at no additional cost. We may also discontinue parts of the Course where reasonably necessary.

 

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may also request account termination by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will continue to apply.

 

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or platform outages, changes by third-party providers, natural events, or government action.

 

18. General

  • Entire Agreement: these Terms, with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and us.
  • Severability: if any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
  • No Waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a business transfer.
  • Electronic Communications: you consent to receive communications from us electronically.

 

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before going to court, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City, Philippines.
